Dear Social Care Institute for Excellence,
Request for a full copy of BASW 4 May 2011 and 11 May 2011 letters
mentioned on
http://www.collegeofsocialwork.org/uploa....
You could redact the personal content. However, as they involve the
opinion of the Chief Executive of the British Association of Social
Work (BASW) who has legal obligations as it's Company Director,
Public interest favours full disclosure as they are written as a
representative of BASW and not as personal correspondence.
Please indicate whether these letters are marked Private and
Confidential and whether The Chief Executive, or his
representatives have requested non disclosure? Or whether or not
you hold information that confirms BASW or it's representatives
have requested non disclosure or have sought such opinion? If so,
please provide a copy of this non disclosure information.
Yours faithfully,
Tony Sheperd
