Dear Staffordshire Police,
1 - Can you please confirm the act of parliament or other European
parliamentary act with allows parking on the pavement and
obstruction of the highway known as Station Road, Barton under
Needwood Staffordshire on the corner leaving the village close to
Thomas Russell school. This refers to the resident’s right to park
(Obstruct) the blind corner as referred too above.
2 - Can you please confirm Staffordshire Police’s official position
on this obstruction and hazardous practice?
