Freedom of Information Act 2000 – Information Request

 

Your request for information received on 28^th January, 2012 has now been
considered and Breckland Council’s response is below.  As your request
covered two areas within the Council, namely Asset Management and
Democratic Services, I have shown below the information obtained from the
service areas.

 

Asset Management

 

Rate of Return - The rate of return that has been achieved to date is
5.38%.

Actual rent being charged – The rent being charged is the rent reserved in
the lease i.e. £480,000.00.

Arrears - The current arrears between the landlord and tenant would be a
matter of commercial sensitivity.  Accordingly the qualified exemption
contained in Section 43 of the FOIA applies.

 

Democratic Services

 

There has been one member who has declared an interest in the country club
or golf club.  That is Councillor Claussen.  There have been no members of
staff declare any interest.
