Barnet Council's Asset Register

Dear Barnet Bugle,

I am writing regarding your request to the London Borough of Barnet (the
Council) under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the FOIA) for access
to the following:

`Our request is for the most recent version of the Asset Register that the
Council holds'.

My response to your request is below.

Response

Please find attached the most recent version of the Asset Register that
the London Borough of Barnet holds.

Please note that we have issued a refusal notice in releasing certain
information in accordance with section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information
Act 2000 that relates to the personal data of third parties. This
information, if released, could identify properties that house or support
vulnerable people and could have an unjustified adverse effect on the
individuals concerned.

Your Rights

If you are unhappy with the way your request for information has been
