Barnard Castle Vision

S Bainbridge made this Freedom of Information request to Durham County Council

The request was partially successful.

From: S Bainbridge

9 September 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to make a request in line with the Freedom of
Information Act.

How much in funding has Durham County Council contributed to the
group "Barnard Castle Vision" thus far and how much in funding does
Durham County Council project to give Barnard Castle Vision in the
financial year 2009-2010, and 2010-2011?

Could you publish any and all documents and correspondence relating
to Durham County Council's role in the setting up of, and
implementation of, Barnard Castle Vision?

As the authority now responsible for processing Freedom of
Information requests concerning the former authority, could you
publish any and all documents and correspondence relating to
Teesdale District Council's role in the setting up of, and
implementation of, Barnard Castle Vision?

Finally, could you publish any and all documentation relating to
the Glass Box Information Point situated on Galgate, including
planning applications, decisions made, and any correspondence
pertaining to the above?

I look forward to a prompt reply.

Yours faithfully,

S Bainbridge

Dear Neale Boswell,

Can I once again remind you that the Freedom of Information request
that I sent to you is overdue, now by 6 days. I expect a reply
within the next 48 hours, otherwise I shall be requesting an
internal review, as the terms of the Freedom of Information Act are
being flouted, and the law is being broken.

I look forward to a swift reply.

Yours sincerely,

S Bainbridge
