Dear Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea,
Please send all recoded information you have regarding Barlavington
Manor. If it helps, In 1999 a Social Services spokesperson spoke to
the press and claimed 'the abuse probably happened' according to
media archives. I'm assuming Moira Gibb, was then head of Social
Services then and is now in charge of overseeing changes for social
services in the UK.

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST REF: 2010-215
I am responding to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000,
which we received on 24 March 2010 for information held by the Council.
You requested the following information:
Please send all recoded information you have regarding Barlavington Manor.
If it helps, In 1999 a Social Services spokesperson spoke to the press and
claimed 'the abuse probably happened' according to media archives. I'm
assuming Moira Gibb, was then head of Social Services then and is now in
charge of overseeing changes for social services in the UK.
I refer you to the Council's responses to your FOI requests sent between
29 January and 4 March 2010. We consider your FOI requests to be vexatious
and therefore will not be responding to this request.
