Dear House of Lords,
I would like you to provide me with the menus, wine lists, and bar
tariffs for all cafes, restaurants, and bars within the House of
Lords 'estate', separated by premises and indicating which are open
to the general public, which are only open to the public on the
invitation of members, and which are open strictly to members only.
If the entirety of this information is already in the public domain
published on the internet, then please indicate where it is

Dear House of Lords,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of House of Lords's
handling of my FOI request 'Bar and Restaurant tariffs and menus'.
I am assuming the information supplied under my similar request for
the House of Commons answers the actual original query, however I
would like to request an internal review on the grounds that having
a FOI request bounced back on the grounds that the FOI mailbox is
full is completely unacceptable.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:

Dear Mr Gray
Thanks you for your email.
I am writing further to your recent email.
The deadline for our response to your request is 11 October we will ensure that you receive a full response by that date.
It may be helpful if I explain the reason why your initial request email was returned as undelivered.
Unfortunately on the day you sent the email our inbox was crashed by a bombardment of very large emails (including one of 15mg) so the mail box closed down and this was not remedied till the Monday morning as we were unaware of it.
I hope that this explanation is satisfactory. If, however you would like to pursue your request for an internal review then we will of course deal with this in line with our usual procedures, although at this time the review would focus solely on our failure to meet the deadline.
