The Number of people that have been banned from entering any of the
Doncaster PCT Hospitals.
(including Hospice,s and care homes and any building under the
control of the Doncaster PCT)
1. Covering from 1990 to the present day,
2. Why they were banned,
3. For how long was the Ban enforced for.

Following your recent request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000, please find attached a response to your question.
Q. The Number of people that have been banned from entering any of the
Doncaster PCT Hospitals (including Hospices and care homes and any
building under the control of the Doncaster PCT) Covering from 1990 to the
present day, why they were banned and for how long was the ban enforced.
NHS Doncaster holds information from 1^st October 2006 when it first
formed as a Trust, and therefore the information provided relates to the
period 1^st October 2006 to 3^rd March 2011.
