Please confirm how many undischarged bankrupts are currently
employed at officer level by the Council.

I would also like a copy of the Council's policy on employing
undischarged bankrupts.

Dear Mr Hunt

No information is held in relation to your enquiry.

The council does not keep any records on how many undischarged bankrupts
are employed and does not have such a policy.

Some professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Public
Finance Accountants and the Solicitors Regulation Authority for example
may have some specific requirements from a professional body viewpoint.
