Dear Mr Levy
Thank you for your email dated 4 March 2009. Your email has been passed to the Customer Contact Centre (CCC) as an appropriate area to respond to your enquiry.
Your email to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) has requested information regarding Banca Re Mida and the Somalia International Financial Centre. I can confirm that we do not authorise a firm called Banca Re Mida. I have checked the internet and believe that the registered office of the firm is Dubai Airport Freezone. I would suggest you contact the Dubai Financial Services Authority for more information. I have attached their website for your information: http://www.difc.ae/about_difc/structure/...
As with regards the Somalia International Financial Centre, I have attached a link to their website http://www.somaliainternationalfinancial... which contains information about them and contact details for further enquiries.
