date.

course paid for by Ballymena Borough Council.

I refer to your recent request relating to above.

Council retain financial records for seven years, and our records show
that one payment was made to Common Purpose in that time. In September
2007 £89.43 was paid as a refund on an overpayment to Council for the hire
of a Training Room at the Showgrounds. Council has not paid for any
Common Purpose Course in that time.

If you are unhappy with this response, you have the right to seek, in the
first instance, a review by Council. To do so, please write to:- Mr Greg

If, after an internal review, you are still unhappy, you have the right to
appeal to the Information Commissioner who may undertake an independent
review of this matter.
