Dear Medway Council,

Under the freedom of information act 2000 i would like you to tell
me if a copy of terms agreed with your enforcement agents that
collect traffic debts is available for reading and also when was
this signed and also could i have details of any amendments since
this was signed. Also if this is a new agreement then could you
also provide me with the copy of the previous agreement. Also could
you further confirm how much your enforcement agents charge per
debt that they collect and also for a refund who would one need to
contact ? Also if possible are any of the people working for medway
related to any of the enforcement agents employees etc ?
