Dear Sir or Madam,
Could the MOD please supply me with copies of all reports and
assessments by British medical staff relating to bacteriophage
ampoules/tablets found in medical kits carried by injured enemy
soldiers treated by Allied medical staff, or bacteriophages found
among captured enemy battlefield dressing stations, hospitals and
captured enemy medical staff, during World War Two.
Yours faithfully,
Mike Jozefiak

Dear Sir or Madam,
Many thanks for your reply and suggestion that I should try the
National Archives. Are there any relevant records from this period
held by the RAMC?
Yours sincerely,
