Dear Sir or Madam,
Could the Trust please tell me:-

Yours faithfully,

Dear Mr Jozefiak

We cannot answer this request as it stands. This is because the Norfolk
and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust does not run all
of Norfolk's hospitals. We run two acute hospitals; the Norfolk and
Norwich University Hospital amd Cromer Hospital.

We would be happy to consider your request in relation to those two
hospitals but we do not hold information relating to all of Norfolk's
hospitals.

Yours sincerely

Dear COMMUNICATIONS (RM1) Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital,

Please thank Mr. Stronach for clarifying his situation regarding
his ability to reply to my request.

As his Trust can only supply information on air conditioning
systems bio-hazard checks & maintenance schedules from NNUH &
Cromer hospitals, I would be grateful for the information
concerning those two hospitals.

Yours sincerely,

Mike Jozefiak

COMMUNICATIONS (RM1) Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital,
Dear Mr. Stronach,
Many thanks for pointing me at the very comprehensive documentation
for installation of ventilation systems in the NHS. However, from
the section titles, I cannot seem to find the references you allude
to, regarding periodic servicing of such systems, and checking for
bacteria/mould growth although there is plenty of information
concerning installation.

To save time, I would be most grateful if you could either tell me
approximately how often the hospitals under your Trust's control
check cooling coils & filter assemblies specifically for
mould/bacteria growth, or simply indicate under which of the many
sections and subsections of HTM 2025 this information can be found.

Many thanks

Yours sincerely,

Mike Jozefiak
