Dear Prime Minister's Office,
Could you indicate when you may be willing to respond, by even
providing an acknowledgement of the Originating FOI request of 14
August 2010, some 2 weeks ago?
This communication is in follow up to the original FOI request made
14 August 2010 and a follow up request for acknowledgement sent 20
August 2010.
It has been revealed that The Treasury have been having issues
around compliance with both FOI compliance and associated
compliance with the Data protection Act 1998. They seem to be
loosing FOI requests due to poor and even none compliance with Data
Protection Obligations.

Dear Prime Minister's Office,
I have received your acknowledgement of an FOI request being made,
after the legal time limit for an actual response to be issued.
The FOI request was sent 14 August 2010 and a response should have
been made by 13 September.
Your Acknowledgement sent on 14 September not only indicates that
the Office of The Prime Minister does not follow the law, but also
lacks the courtesy of an apology for not even acknowledging receipt
promptly, never mind responding promptly.
Kindly clarify by return when The Prime Minster's office intends to
respond in full.
It is understood that The Prime Minister may have been on holiday
and Paternity leave, but those are not good excuses!
I await the lawful response which has as yet not been made.
Yours faithfully,
