The Council entered in to a management agreement with NCP for all of its
car parks after considerable pre- and post-tender negotiations. Reports
on the letting of the car park management contract are available on our
website www.reading.gov.uk under Council and Democracy > Committee >
Committee Minutes > Cabinet. If you require a further specific piece of
information relating to Chester Street Car Park please let me know.
