I am contacting you to seek some clarification of your recent request.
It would be helpful if you could clarify the following:
1. In general are you just looking for details of specific
third-party software packages and maintenance contracts we use in the
areas you listed?
2. Where you are seeking costs is it the software costs or the entire
cost of the service we provide?
You may find our web-site and Publication Scheme contain information in
relation to your request. On our web-site we publish a Contracts Register
which details all major contracts we have placed and this will include
software, hardware and maintenance contracts.
If, after having viewed the Contracts Register, you still require further
information, please clarify your requirements and I will be pleased to
assist further.
