Dear Sir

We would like some clarification re "the cost of each activity" ... in respect of payroll does it include staffing costs, also is it just the cost of just delivering PCC's payroll or is it the cost of delivering all of the payrolls, including external payrolls.

Further to my email of 5 December 2011, I confirm that I am still awaiting
clarification of your request as follows:

 

With regard to the cost information, are you asking for the cost of
providing the service by the service provider, or the cost of the system
itself, or both?

 

I should be grateful if you would please respond to this email to enable
me to continue processing your request.  If I do not hear from you by 9
January 2012 I will close your request, however should you still require
the information you will be welcome to submit a new request under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.
