Thank you for your Freedom of Information request below. As you may be aware the Act allows for up to 20 working days for response giving a deadline of 21 November. I will of course reply sooner if possible.

The Council is entitled to apply reasonable costs for disbursements (i.e photocopying, postage etc), but where such costs are under £5.00 the Council will make no charge. However, if costs exceed that limit then a charge may be made. Where charges will apply proper notice will be given to you prior to the information being released.

I am now able to reply to your Freedom of Information request below.

1 and 2. Mid Suffolk District Council uses its joint venture partner Customer Service Direct Ltd (CSD) to supply most of the Council’s ICT, HR, Finance and Public Access services. The services supplied by CSD are output focused and form part of the broader annual investment MSDC makes; as such we are not in a position to provide a breakdown of details associated with the ICT services provided to Mid Suffolk District Council by CSD.
