Managed service for WAN including voice provided by Virgin Media Business,
local moves and changes undertaken by in-house team (£0.66m pa for fully
managed leased WAN).

            Hardware and support

            Sun servers - managed service provided by Esteem Ltd (£0.093m
pa for managed service)

Oracle Financials - in-house support provision - £0.108m pa (inc. software
licences and support – licensing and support is rolled into a single
figures for all three aspects of the system, it is not possible to split
these out by each aspect)

                                    Risk Insurance

The service uses elements of the corporate Covalent performance management
system and Aim workflow. Both of these systems are corporate solutions
used by a number of services and therefore, the costs relating to Risk
Insurance cannot be separated out.

Team Mate - in-house support provision - £0.006m pa (inc. software
licences and support)

                                    Transactional HR System AND Payroll

Midland - in-house support provision - £0.093m pa (inc. software licences
