Dear Mr Carmichael,
Many thanks for your email.
Having read through the request I wondered if you could clarify what it is you are after.
All of the functions mentioned below are carried out in-house with council employees.
However, could you confirm what you mean by "name of the solution". I assume you mean the name of the computer application used for that function of the council, but wanted to clarify this with you. Also you ask for "the cost of the activity". Is this the net cost of the function in total, or the cost of the computer application used?
