BABTIE consultants on municipal waste in the city. The date of this
report was circa 2009.

I corrected my request as I meant 'circa 1999' and not 2009!

I have had some Council responses which were not posted here. They say that it will be difficult to find this document due to its age and internal department re-organisations. I have persisted in requesting they attempt to find it.

Some documents have been unearthed and we're arranging a meeting to go through them to see if they've got what I'm after.

After meeting with officers a few weeks ago to review their documents I yesterday received from the council a hard copy of two reports on waste management by Babtie Group.
