Babies - Cause of Death

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, General Register Office should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear General Register Office,
Please could you provide the cause of death for all babies under
the age of 2 years old for as many years as is reasonable within
the 18 hours allowed for dealing with a FOI request.
Please could you also provide the local authority area in which the
child lived at the time of death.
If you do not have this information please could you state where I
would be able to obtain it from.
