Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Cheshire West and Chester Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Cheshire West and Chester Council,

Please supply me with details of all awards/competitions your
authority has entered over the past 3 years (the cut off date being
entries submitted before 30/11/11) - for example, the LGC Awards -
detailing:

All awards and categories entered.

The cost of any entry fees per award.

The department responsible for entering the award e.g. Marketing,
Waste, Planning etc

The number of staff and councillors attending any subsequent awards
ceremony (broken down by ceremony and by department, so for example
the number of planning staff attending a planning award etc).

The cost of each ceremony in terms of tables 'purchased' for staff,
councillors and/or guests, expenses paid to staff, accommodation
and travel costs for staff attending such events (broken down into
category)

The number of awards won and in what category
