Dear London Ambulance Service NHS Trust,
In your "reply" at
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/aw...
you volunteer the information that there is "a commendation system
in place".
I have searched http://www.londonambulance.nhs.uk with the terms
commendation and award, but can find no details of this
commendation system.
Please provide a copy of the rules of this scheme, including the
means by which a person may recommend someone for an award under
the scheme.
Please note that "replies" which involve attachments in proprietary
file formats are not acceptable. A reply which is not in plain text
format will be deemed to be a refusal to answer. It may be that
copies of the rules cannot be provided in plain text format, if
that is the case please contact me to discuss a suitable format.
Yours faithfully,
David Hansen

Dear FOI Admin,
Thank you for your prompt reply.
There are two issues which arise. Firstly, why searching your web
site with the most obvious terms did not reveal the Acrobat file
containing the procedure. This is something your web site
department should consider.
Secondly, reporting on the progress of my request for an award to
be made, as per the policy (for example 6.1). These reports may be
made to this web site as responses to my enquiry.
Yours sincerely,
David Hansen
