Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
I would like to know how much does it cost in pounds and pennies in
relation to companies/charities and organisations see listed below
for a advertisement
1. NSPCC
2. Save the children
3. Action Aid
4. Children's Society
5. Barnado's.
How much of that percentage do the disadvantaged person in that
advertisment actually gets? For example the £2-£3 a person is asked
to donate.
Yours faithfully,
Melizza Moore

Hi John.
I sent the same FOI to Companies House as well. As I am sure they are not operating solely as charities but companies too. It seems ironic that these "charities" I have listed are "begging" the public for "donations". When a thirty second advert costs approximately £30.000. Does the "donations" actually go to the people?. Or paid back to those companies?.

For sure, the charities act is broken and needs addressing yet the government seems things like forcing us into the E.U. without a referendum to live under a dictatorship so we loose our democracy much more important.
Google "Common Purpose" as an example
you will find a lot of truth on youtube which the BBC will broadcast yet the evidence is mounting.

Just dropping a note in to help you out here, the BBC is paid for by us but does state that NO Advertising on their broadcasts take place, yes we know they still do a lot of branding on behalf of many large corporate companies but they stick to their guns and won't even answer requests and state that is comes under journalism.
You can get the accounts from most charities or make a request directly to them I believe.
