Council (ACC) has completed the necessary search for the information
requested.

I would like to request the number of available council properties
sitting in Aberdeen at this time.
76 void properties available for relet
112 void properties where repair works are ongoing
and 56 properties where major works are ongoing (eg. modernisation) -
these properties will be unavailable for a longer period because of the
nature of the works.

This figure is subject to change daily and this information is only
true as at today.
