Availability for community use, Moxon Street Barnet property.

Dear Paddington Churches Housing Association,

Under the freedom of information act, I would like to know whether
the above mentioned property is available for community use as a
non-profit making hub for adults and young people with learning
disabilities to use to partake in social activities such as a
community choir and fitness sessions.
It seems the property has been empty and unused for several years,
although I am aware that there could still be a connection to the
Royal British Legion.
