Dear Mr Sollé

 

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request.

 

Our response is as follows:

 

1. The Reculver Masterplan was created by Allen Scott Ltd on behalf of the
council.

2. Allen Scott were paid £41,000 for the contract.  The funding was
obtained entirely from the Natural East Kent European funded project (now
defunct), so the document was produced at no cost to the council.

3. As far as I have been able to establish there is no copyright on this
document.

4.  N/a
