James Bridle made this Freedom of Information request to British Broadcasting Corporation
British Broadcasting Corporation did not have the information requested.
From: James Bridle
16 December 2010
Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
During the recent demonstrations in Parliament Square, on 30th
November and 9th December, the web feed of the traffic camera in
Parliament Square was not visible and was replaced with the words
"unavailable for operational reasons".
It has been working without issues at all other times for the past
month:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/travelnews/londonce...
Please can you tell me the reason(s) for the outages on 30th
November and 9th December. What are the procedures for making
traffic cameras unavailable and under whose authority do these
procedures fall?
Yours faithfully,
James Bridle
