Dear Sir or Madam,

On page 40 of your annual review 2008-2009 in the section on Good
Governance you state:

"The Commission’s Code of Conduct for Commission Members came into
effect on 3 October 1995" you further identify that that copies are
available from the Secretary.

Please would the CLAE provide the copy of the authorization for the
Chairman of the CLAE to change this document without any scheme of
delegation, and modify with what appears no authority to remove the
section on access to information.
