Dear Central Lancashire Primary Care Trust (PCT),
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Central Lancashire
Primary Care Trust (PCT)'s handling of my FOI request 'Augmentative
and alternative communication Devices Central Lancashire PCT'.
The response to my request was 'information not held' on the
grounds that the service was now handled by Lancashire Care NHS
Foundation Trust. I made a second request to Lancashire Care NHS
Foundation Trust
(http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/au...)
and, after waiting a month, have been told that while Lancashire
Care NHS Foundation Trust do now run the service, they sensibly
point out that they only took over on the 1st June 2011 (two months
before my request) and so the data for the last five years that I
requested (broken down by both model and year) would still be held
with you.
In light of this, would you mind having another look please?
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:

Joe
