Can you let me have information on what provisions Monitor have
made for the auditing of Foundation Trust accounts please, I
believe the Audit Commission no longer has this role and I am
seeking information on what additional role Monitor may have in the
audit of FT accounts please?

Dear Sir or Madam,

I believe the response to my FOI question on the Auditing of
Foundation Trust accounts is now overdue and I am asking for a
speedy response now please. I believe by law you should have
responded no later than 27 August, you are breaking the law and my
request is now overdue. Please respond to this asap as failure to
do so will mean that I will contact the Information Commissioner
for further advice.
