Dear Sir/Madam,
Please provide copies of any internal documents, including
correspondence, concerning the investigation that Siôn Simon, the
Parliamentary Under-Secretary for the Department for Culture, Media
and Sport, indicated on the 6th of January (during the Video
Recordings Bill debate [Hansard reference:
http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa...)
that the Cabinet Office was carrying out to determine whether any
other Acts of Parliament apart from the Video Recordings Act 1984
had failed to be notified to the European Commission in line with
the EU Technical Standards Directive (83/189/EEC).
Please consider this request in line with your duties as a public
authority under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Dear Cabinet Office,
I refer to my information request, reference FOI274990. I believe
that under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
(specifically Section 10 of the Act), my request for information
should have been dealt with within 20 working days of the receipt
of my request. It is now well beyond this limit.
If I do not receive a response from you by next Monday I will
complain to the Information Commissioner's Office concerning this
breach of UK law. I am also taking this opportunity to request an
internal review of your handling of my request.
