Dear Cullompton Town Council,

Early in 2011 a complaint was made to / about Cullompton Town
Council, this was in due course passed to the Audit Commission and
an investigation commenced.

Could you please provide the following information.

1. Copy of original complaint
2. Any letters emails from Audit Commission requesting information
from the Town Council.
3. Copies of any correspondence sent by Council to Audit
Commission.
4.Dates any communication that took place between Audit Commission
and Council.
5. Were any face to face or phone interviews done
6. Please show dates persons interviewed
7. Please specify if any other persons interviewed.
8 Were any councillors interviewed , if so please name them.
9 If no councillors were interviewed , why not and on whose
authority ?

As it appears that the investigation was incomplete, the details
requested should be released in the interest of the public, to show
a false complaint and poor investigation.

No documents have been found logged as uploaded to this site -
confirmed by site administrators.
FOI request was only acknowledged on 17th Aug with a letter only
attached dated 8th August with 5 unanswered questions.
Therefore request has not been completed under FOI Act.

suddenly appeared on the whatdotheyknow website.  Perhaps you could ask
the administrator where it came from and when.
