inspection ubder the Audit Commission Act and advise the delay in
confirming these dates when compared to other local council's

Dear Sir,

Many I first apologise for the delay in responding to your request that
was received by email on the 18th July 2008. Unfortunately we have
failed to provide you with the information you asked for within the 20
day time limit as set out by the Information Commissioner.

The Council is required to publish its' accounts annually. The accounts
were on display at the civic centre from 10am to 4pm from Monday 30th
June until Friday 25th July. The accounts will shortly be put onto the
Councils website at www.hounsow.gov.uk <http://www.hounsow.gov.uk/> .

If I can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact
