Please advise whether the Council makes and/or keeps an audio
recording and/or contemporaneous written notes of the actual words
spoken by those speaking at meetings of the Development Control
Committee and if so, how long such audio recordings and/or
contemporaneous written notes are preserved for. This request does
not relate to the formal minutes of the committee which are
available online.

Snce 1st April, North Wiltshire District Council no longer exists, so I'd be very grateful if you could resubmit any follow-ups to your FOI request to its unitary authority successor, Wiltshire Council:
