Dear Sir or Madam,
I've had a look on the Attorney's website, but am unable to find
the information I'm seeking.
I'd like to know the numbers, and some details regarding the
appearance, in person, of the Attorney General (and, also, those
for the Solicitor General), in Court(s) in England and Wales.
Assuming that this is known to the Department, I'd be grateful if
these information(s) could be supplied:
(a) the neutral citation number
(b) the Attorney General's reference
(c) date of judgment
(d) before whom the case was heard
(e) web-link to the judgment (if available)
(f) main reason(s) for the action/principle arguement
(g) if judgment was in favour of the Attorney
(wholly/partially/not, for example)
(h) which Attorney/Solicitor General appeared
(i) if Counsel were instructed (if so, whom)
(j) if skeleton arguements are published/publishable or not; if
they are, the skeletons.
(if those could be presented in a spreadsheet/tabulated, I'd be
grateful)
Ideally, I'd like information for the last 25 years, but recognize
you may not have that much information available within the scope
of the Act, in which case, I'd like since whenever reasonably
possible.
Thanks in advance,
AMLN McGreggor
