Further to your request for information under the Freedom of Information
Act, please find attached a spreadsheet containing the following details:

1. Elected Member Attendance 2006/07 - percentage of meetings attended
for each Elected Member from May 2006 to April 2007 (percentages based on
attendance at meetings where that Councillor is a member of that
Committee/Panel)

2. Elected Member Attendance 2007/08 - percentage of meetings attended for
each Elected Member from May 2007 to May 2008

3. Member Allowances 2006/07 - details of all allowances paid to Elected
Members by North East Lincolnshire Council from April 2006 to March 2007

4. Members Allowances 2007/08 - details of all allowances paid to Elected
Members by North East Lincolnshire Council from April 2007 to March 2008

Just to clarify that Elected Members are no longer paid an attendance
allowance based on the number of meetings they attend - the current system
of paying a basic allowance for all Members (with Cabinet Members and
Committee Chairs receiving a special responsibility allowance) has been in
place for a number of years now.
