dismissed from Help Line, Disability and Carers Service Warbreck House,
Warbreck Hill, Blackpool unsatisfactory attendance from and including
the following dates, 2007 to 2008 and 2008 to 2009.

I am writing in response to your request for information about the number
of staff dismissed from the DLA/AA Helpline, Disability and Carer's
Service, Warbreck House, Blackpool, for unsatisfactory attendance from
2007 to 2008 and 2008 to 2009, which you requested on 16 June 09.
There are no specific Helpline records held before 6 August 07. The
information available and as requested is as follows:-
From August 2007 to July 08 - 10 Helpline staff dismissed
From August 2008 to June 09 - 11 Helpline staff dismissed
If you have any queries about this letter, please contact me. Please
remember to quote any reference number given above in any future
communications.
If you are not satisfied with my handling of your request please tell me
why within two calendar months of the date of this letter. I will then
arrange for someone to conduct an internal review of your request and the
handling of it.
The review will be conducted by another officer, usual of a more senior
grade to me. This person will have taken no part in the original handling
of your request. You will be advised of the reviewing officer's decision
in writing.
If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review you have
the right to apply directly to the Information commissioner to look into
