Dear North Kesteven District Council,
Would you please answer the following
1 What is the operating serviceability of the electronic counter as
a percentage of hub opening hours?
2 Does the counter include people who just use the toilets at the
hub?
3 Does the counter include people who just use the cafe at the hub?
4 Does the counter record people leaving the Hub as well as
arriving?
5 Are there any entrances at the hub that are not recorded by
electronic counter?
6 Are the attendance figures at the hub ever independantly audited?
7 Is the purpose of closing the public toilets in Moneys yard to
increase footfall at the hub?
8 Will the opening hours of the hub increase so that visitors to
the town can use a public toilet earlier than 1000 hrs?
Can the published attendance figures at the hub be legally
verified?
