Thank you for your Freedom of information request which has been logged
under reference 1427.

I have enclosed an excel table detailing the number of attachment of
earning orders and deduction from benefit orders used to recover council
tax during 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.

I have also attached the Recovery procedure, flowchart & general council
tax recovery specification agreed between the council and service
provider (Capita).

I trust this covers all questions raised in your request and meets your
requirements.

I cannot confirm these 2007 figures for you. As per our discussions, I
explained I did not have any 2007 data available that I felt accurately
covered your request (relating to AOE & AOB statistics) for the reasons
I provided.
