Dear Trevor ,
I have been enlightened with the figures from 2007 / 2008 regarding
attachment of earnings orders, 42 attachment of earnings orders and
61 deductions from benefits orders. Can you confirm these if
possible and maybe coment as to if this was a particuarly bad year
by comparison to the other figures you have provided which show a
much higher rate of AOE orders granted ?
Yours sincerely,
Mr Bowen

Dear Mr Bowen,
I cannot confirm these 2007 figures for you. As per our discussions, I
explained I did not have any 2007 data available that I felt accurately
covered your request (relating to AOE & AOB statistics) for the reasons
I provided.
Feel free to give me a call if you wish to discuss this matter further.
Regards,
Trevor

Dear Trevor (LGS),
Thanks for your response, the figures I have been given were
obtained at that time along with much other data.
I have now lit the blue touch paper and retired to a safe distance
with regard to my stage 2 complaint so don`t require any further
information at this stage.
Thanks again for your help
