Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Regarding an FOIA request I made previous (which can be seen here-

In reply there was a paragraph where this was stated-
"However, as explained in the letter of the Freedom of Information
Officer dated 23 March 2011, payment to Atos Healthcare for the
services provided is not related in any way to the outcome of an
individual's medical examination"
I would like to know how many failed medical tests by Atos have
been over ruled by the DWP and people that were classed as "fit for
work" (even those that died weeks/months later plus those that have
committed suicide due to the misery and stress caused by the
coalition government's benefit cuts) were allowed to stay on the
benefits they were claiming originally.
