Atos Medical examination falsifying statments delibertly misleading the DWP

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Complaint about Doctors who have deliberately made false statements
and have not given correct information to Department work and
pensions

Where the information has been deliberately misleading and omitted
to include actual findings to the department of work and pensions.

Both

Doctors Christobel Donald

And

Doctor Jill Blayney

Have deliberately misinformed the department for work and pensions
on the actual event in regards to medical examination for Atos
medical services

They have openly and deliberately misinterpreted actual events that
took place and given statements contradictions to the actual events
of the examinations

Dr Donald made a written statement to the department for work and
pensions that I would be well from my condition of Chronic
Hepatitis C in 6 months but knowingly being aware that I had NOT
even started treatment for this condition also knowing I have
damage to my veins due to blood clot in both legs in the past. The
word WELL was put in the context as being cured from my conditions
when she as a doctor should be expected to know that there is NO
actual cure for my conditions as the medication has only 50%
success rate and it is not predictable who may be successful in the
treatment.

Such bold statement should be made accountable as it is 9 months
since that statement and I am still not well.

Both Dr,s Blayney and Donald openly lied to the department for work
and pensions when carrying out eye test stating I had a vision of
6/6 and that I could read a point 16 text at a distance of greater
than 20 centimetres (reading distance) I was in fact unable to do
this as I could not see the text and I have now got medical
evidence that both Dr,s where wrong and deliberately misinformed
the department of work and pensions of the findings, My usual work
before I became ill was HGV driving and if I had been forced to
work due to their statements I could have been liable to
prosecution for neglecting to have my eyes tested but if 2 separate
Dr,s have said I have no problems with my vision what would I have
been expected to do with them stating I had no problems with my
vision this could have resulted in the death of or serious injury
to others due to their deliberate and false statement to the
department for work and pensions as I have an opticians report
stating my actual vision is 6/18 and that I legally required to
wear glasses for driving.

These are just some of the deliberate false misleading statement I
want to have investigated for malpractice or for whatever breach in
the medical ethics.

I would also like to know what Doctor F C O’Neill professional
standing is for him to overlook medical evidence provided by my own
Dr and how he can alone come to a conclusion that my own Dr’s
evidence be dismissed in a tribunal hearing what qualifications
does he have to warrant his actions against my Dr.

And if he also works in part or full for Atos Medical services.

Atos Medical services are deliberately breaking human rights laws
in the manner in which there employees conduct the medical
examination.

As we are made to go to these examinations without being fully made
aware of the manner in which these examinations are carried out and
the false declaration. These so called Dr seem to be a law unto
themselves with no regard to consequence to others health and
mental stability.

Who are they accountable too ? for such breaches in medical ethics.

I am in need of your help in this matter due to the seriousness of
my allegations of my own experiences with these people and would
openly and I welcome the opportunity to stand up in any court to
stat that is a true account and in no way victorious as it is the
truth.
