Dear UK Border Agency,
The only material I have been able to find on this topic is Policy
Document 28 which is now apparently out of date.
Please let me have full details of the current policy and of how
the system to effect this is administered, including all guidance
to staff however disseminated (including internal memos, emails,
notes of meetings etc.).
Also, where an individual or organisation has paid for tickets
because of the failure of UKBA to act in a timely manner, how
refunds may be made to those individuals\groups
Yours faithfully,
G Watson
