Under section 1 of the Act I can confirm that North East Lincolnshire
Council holds the information you have requested.

In the time frame 2008, 2009 and to date 2010

a) The number of illegal immigrants/asylum seekers and their families
housed by the council.

b) The average amount paid by the council in rents/benefits to illegal
immigrant/asylums seekers and their families, and the total cost

None

c) The number of illegal immigrant/asylum seekers children attending
North-east Lincolnshire schools who do not speak English and for whom
translators/specialist language teachers have to be employed.

None

d) The cost to the council.
