25 April 2009
Dear Sir or Madam,
I request access to the original version of the Asylum and
Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004, as originally
brought to the House of Commons by the Government.
Nota bene, I am not seeking access to the current version or the
version which has actually been enacted (I know that this is
accessible through OPSI), but rather I request access to the
unamended bill, as it was at First Reading. I do not know of any
location where I could find that document.
Yours faithfully,
Michael Bimmler
