This is the response from Sandwell MBC
From April 2010 to June 2011 the Revenue Share due to the Council from all
0845 numbers amounted to £28,545.43, of which £4,076.87 relates to
the ASSIST 0845 number.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
