Our response is -

1. A list of all assets and estate owned as of 1st March 2011.

. Estate consists of the East Surrey Hospital site hospital
buildings and land freehold, Maple House, and Canada House which is leased
to A2 South on a 35 year lease commenced 2008.

. Other assets plant, machinery, transport, IT, F & F and
intangibles attached

2. A list of any assets and/or estate sold from 1st January 2000 up
until 1st March 2011.

. Fairfield House Crawley freehold sold to A2 South 2008

. Crawley Site - FY 2007-08 land and buildings -17 Leopold Road,
17 Leopold Road, 39 West Green Drive, 12/12a Princes Road, 6 The Poplars,
10 Tollgate Court

. Nurses Home (including Dene Centre) The Nook - Dorking Hospital
FY 2007-08

. Harrowlands land and buildings FY 2006-07

. Oxted Healthcentre FY 2004-05

. East Surrey Hospital - Golf and Social Club Land FY 2003-04

. Oxted and Limpsfield, Horley Healthcentre & 4 The Poplars- land
and buildings FY 2002-03

. Cowfold Clinic buildings and landFY2001-02

3. Any assets and/or estate which you expect to sell within the next
two years, if appropriate.

. Kibblewhite House declared surplus to requirement and is asset
held for sale as freehold.

This concludes your request. Please be assured that we have carefully

senior member of staff at the Trust, who has had no involvement in dealing
with your original request. We aim to deal with appeals within 20 working
