Thank you for your Freedom of Information Request with regard to Assets
and Estate owned by Tandridge District Council.

The information is as follows:-

1. Please find attached a copy list of assets owned by Tandridge
District Council (deed packet 3). This includes some land classed as open
space, village greens and commons which the Council manage.

2. Please find attached a copy list of assets/estate sold from 1
January 2000 to 1 March 2011.

3. The Council is likely to dispose of the Soper Hall in Caterham
Valley. I cannot say when Council houses will be sold as it depends on
tenants making applications under the Right to Buy.

I hope that this information is of assistance; however, the Council has a
complaints procedure. A complaint should be made in writing to myself at
this address. Further information about the Council's complaints procedure
